It has a good location and the rooms are nice and spacious, few people go and its staff is limited and with little training.
I had an amazing experience. Quiet spot, no dogs barking (so rare in Mexico). I finally had a sweet uninterrupted sleep! The hotel is brand new, up to Canadian and USA standards. Gorgeous view right from my comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast with multiple options. Thank you:) Cannot wait to be back again
La habitación es muy cómodo y limpia, el personal muy amable, la alberca es pequeña pero funcional, el único detalle tal vez sería que el desayuno es el mismo todos los días al menos eso sucedió en nuestra estancia de 4 noches. En general la relación costo vs servicio creo que es razonable.

La habitación tiene una vista estupenda a toda la ciudad, cuenta con escritorio y sillones, cafetera y frigorífico bar Nuestra habitación tenía tina, las camas limpias y las almohadas estaba suaves El servicio de comedor no es el mejor pedimos unos nuggets y no estaban bien fritos tenían mucho aceite
Hotel bellísimo me quedé impactada de la vista que tenía, el servicio es muy agradable nunca me había tocado estar en un hotel que tuviera su propia cafetera y te dejaron paquete para que tú te elabores tu propio café, eso fue muy genial además el servicio es muy atento, te llevan tus maletas a la habitación; además cuentan con una alberca climatizada totalmente ya que el clima pues sí es muy fresco en Puebla, el desayuno estaba exquisito muy completo muy atentos o sea se te acababa algo y te lo iban a rellenar indescriptiblemente lo recomiendo muchísimo y tiene un precio muy accesible. Le puse cuatro estrellas a la ubicación porque no tienen lugares cercas para visitar.
Sehr neues, modernes und sauberes Hotel mit guter Lage. Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Das Internet war schnell und zuverlässig. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Zudem gibt es neben einer kostenlosen Tiefgarage gibt es auch einen Innenpool und Gym.
